Walking Netball is a slower, low-impact version of traditional netball played at a walking pace, with no running or jumping and a focus on fun, safety and social connection. It’s specifically designed so people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities can get involved (or back involved!) in netball, improving strength, balance, coordination and general wellbeing in an inclusive, non-threatening environment.

Registrations Opening soon for Walking Netball

Step into Walking Netball with us on Fridays at 10.00am — a fun, low-impact way to stay active, laugh with others, and enjoy the game at your own pace. Whether you’re returning to netball, new to it, or just looking for a gentle way to move, Walking Netball is all about friendly faces, simple rules and loads of encouragement. Come along, have a walk, a chat and a shot at goal — no experience (or sprinting!) required.
